John Graham
Co-Founder/ Head Coach
John has been coaching for 29 years, with experience at both the college and high school levels. 14 years ago John started coaching a 5th grade girls team that has now grown up and developed into Legacy basketball. This kickstarted his love for coaching women’s basketball and with 4 daughters of his own this shifted his focus to empowering female athletes. John’s coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, skill development and mental toughness. His deep understanding for the game with his genuine dedication towards their growth as athletes and humans shines through every athlete that comes through the program.

Riley Lupfer
Coach/ trainer/ Director of operations
Riley is a determined athlete who achieved tremendous success during her playing career. Starting basketball at age 4, Riley played for John as a kid and throughout her AAU career. She went on to play Division I collegiate basketball at Boise State where she helped her team to four straight conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances. She picked up numerous individual accolades, including the conference 3 point record and single season 3 point record. Riley went on to play professionally in Germany and Australia, where she found her love for coaching. She embraces everything it means to be successful both on and off the court. She knows what it takes to achieve goals and she is passionate about helping young women get wherever they want to be.

Bob Swannack
Co-Founder/ Coach
Bob has been a coach and advocate for Legacy since its introduction into the community in 2009. He and John built legacy from the ground up. He started coaching in 1995 and has coached at high levels leading multiple teams to their most successful seasons in program history. He decided to get into coaching women’s basketball when his two young daughters were old enough to play and needed a team. After many years of coaching AAU Bob went on to become the head coach of the women’s basketball team at Reardan High School.

ALex Allison
Coach
Alex has played basketball most of his life, and played for John in High School where they had great success. He went on to play college basketball, and has been coaching with john since 2019. Helping the next generation grow, and understand what it takes to play and flourish at a high level is a passion for coach Alex.

Jordan Lupfer
Coach
Jordan has played basketball his whole life.. He grew up in Spokane and went to West Valley High School where he played for John and earned himself multiple awards and first team honors. He then went on to play basketball at Eastern Oregon University. After his playing career was done he then moved into coaching and has been doing that ever sense.

Steve Bryant
Coach
Steve is currently going into his 5th season with his Legacy 4th grade team. He coached at the High School level for over 16 years with many successful seasons.

KC AHrens
Coach
KC has 22 years experience coaching High School basketball and 12 of those years as a head coach. He has many accomplishments as a coach, those including NEA coach of the year, led Deer Park women’s basketball team to their first ever district championship, leading him to be voted 1A state coach of the year.

Courtney Gray
Coach
Courtney played for John back in the day when Legacy was a new club, she went on to play college ball at Whitworth University. After her playing career she decided to start coaching and has coached with John for 3 years. She is also the Head Women’s Basketball Coach for Ferris High School.

Bruce Van Cott

Bruce has a passion for teaching the game of basketball to the next generation of young athletes.

AShlee Bradshaw
Sports Psychologist
Ashlee is the secret sauce to Legacy’s complete training. As the culmination of being a coaches daughter, college athlete and driven to help others, Ashlee is the X factor in our training. Most focus on the physical. WE focus on both the physical and the MENTAL.
